How I Got My Job as a Talent Attraction Manager – Amybeth Hale
In this episode of How I Got My Job (mp3, 33:52, 31.0 MB), Amybeth Hale shares how she got a job as a Talent Attraction Manager. Her story is an excellent example of how building and maintaining the right kind of connections before you need them can help you in your job search. As someone in the HR industry, she also had some great advice for job-seekers who feel overwhelmed by the deluge of job-seeking advice. Also good to note are her opinions on how to answer the tough interview questions.
